About Andy

For the best part of two decades I worked inside some of the largest consulting firms in Europe, advising enterprises on technology strategy, digital transformation, and the harder problem underneath both: getting large organisations to actually change. That ran across financial services, the public sector, and industrial clients – engagements where the deck is the easy part and the politics is the real work.

maddaisy is not a continuation of that. It is an experiment. I use this site to test how AI writing styles and research agents hold up on real subject matter – technology, AI, and the consulting industry itself – rather than on toy prompts. Some of what you read here is mine, some is drafted or researched by tools I am building and tuning. The point is to find where the line between the two is useful and where it falls apart.

So treat it as a working sandbox, not a publication. The topics are ones I know well and the analysis is real, but the value to me is the process: what these systems get right, where they produce confident nonsense, and what it takes to make them genuinely useful for the work consultancies and their clients do.

If that is interesting to you, get in touch.
